Summary: In November 1981, Remus Lupin returns to the headquarters of the Order of the Phoenix.
Summary: Marlene McKinnon was raised in a care home from the age of seven. As she grows up, she comes to know and fall in love with Jamal Olawumi, a boy with as many secrets as she has. But Jamal is a Muggle, and telling him anything about Marlene's real world would jeopardise the Statute of Secrecy. This is babewithbrains of Ravenclaw writing for the 2013 Great Hall Cotillion.
Jamal Olawumi has been nominated for a 2013 Quicksilver Quill Award: Best Original Character. Woot! :D
Summary: Peter Pettigrew is far more complex than anyone gives him credit for. And that's all he wants, from anyone and especially from her: acknowledgement. Love. Respect. Yet unlike them, he was willing to do anything for it, including sacrificing it all.
This is Gmariam of Ravenclaw writing for the Great Hall Cotillion of 2013.
Summary: It was not a good night for the Marauders. One dead, one arrested, one presumed dead... and one utterly lost, unforgivably betrayed. This is Remus's story of Halloween night, 1981.
Summary: At the end of the Christmas holidays, James and Sirius find that Mrs Potter has baked rather a lot of fairy cakes. Fairy cakes which they realise could be put to very good use. But even the best laid plans always have the potential to go wrong.
Summary: Written as a companion piece to my James and Lily story, The Stag and the Doe. It tells of the tragedy of Mary MacDonald, good friend to the Potters and lover of Sirius Black. While not defined as any of this in the stories, I've drawn enough conclusions to put together her story.
And it is Through the Deepest of Tragedies that True Love is Borne.
Summary: Remus Lupin’s life is changed forever in one dark moment on Halloween night. Shock prompts bitter laughter, but reality brings sorrowful tears, as Remus struggles with the devastating loss of his best friends one fateful night.
Summary: James returns to the dormitory one night to find Sirius is not happy about his new relationship with Lily Evans. He is shocked to discover the reason his best friend is so upset.
Summary: It's the end of seventh year and James Potter has a lot on his mind about friendship, love and how to escape the Girls Dormitory.
Summary: Many know Sirius Black the Marauder, but few know Sirius Black the rock star.
One Christmas morning, Sirius Black awoke with an idea that would change the lives of the Marauders forever. He'd be a superstar whose fame would make him untouchable, but he has a few bugs to work out first. Bugs like the reporter Rita Skeeter who refuses to leave before snatching a nonexistent scoop, his best friend who believes a girl will make the band more diverse, and the nagging feeling he won't be able to balance both the band, groupies, and Order of the Phoenix missions and meetings.
In the meantime, he's living the dream. After all, what can you expect from a wizard rock star?
Summary: Lily is awoken yet again in the middle of the night by Harry, and this time, she's close to snapping.
Written for the amazing Gina/Gmariam, a wonderful friend and fabulous James/Lily writer ♥
(Title taken from My Love Is Always Here -- a bonus track on the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Soundtrack, by Alexandre Desplat.)
Summary: "Voldemort meant little to us then. It was just a name our frightened parents tossed around. They had grown up during Grindelwald's reign - knew nothing but fear. They were paranoid. To us, fear was tangible only in the moments spent considering another loss to Slytherin on the pitch."
Wedged comfortably between two eras of turmoil, the students of Hogwarts never imagined they'd go down fighting. Life at school was defined by teenage rebellion, tough classes, and nail-bitingly exciting Quidditch games. Grindelwald's defeat was news of the past, but some told of a new dark wizard on the rise by the name of Lord Voldemort...
But for Alice Emerson and Lily Evans, for Potter and Black and the rest of her class, that was simply irrelevant. The outside world stopped at Hogwarts' gates until tragedy in their fifth year brought it violently to the forefront.
Summary: There are so many colours in the world - so many in her. Only one evades her. But then, maybe she evades it.
Lily Evans always was too good for Black.
Summary: Sirius Black reveals a secret for a laugh, and it all goes wrong.
Summary: Sirius has a problem. He doesn't want to ask James's help. But could an unexpected offer from Madam Rosmerta solve everything? And will James realise that the bravado and good looks of his best friend are just a facade?
CAN IT BE TRUE? This story achieved an honorable mention in the Illustration for Inspiration Challenge
Summary: The year is 1979 and the Marauders are out of school and working for the Order. One Marauder is about to get married, one is finding life outside school harder than even he expected, one is about to turn traitor and one is about to fall in love.
When Sirius Black flew away from the two Muggle policemen with James Potter on the back of his motorbike, he didn’t know he was about to come face to face with the one person who could change everything.
Abigail Sampson was a shy, unassuming girl when she went to school at Hogwarts. She was friends with Lily Evans, but not the Marauders. She graduated and went to work for the Ministry. What very few people knew was she also went to work for the Order.
What happens when this shy girl finds herself working with one Sirius Black to discover the truth behind his brother’s disappearance? Could this quiet girl hold her own with the legendary Sirius Black? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This story starts immediately after J. K. Rowling’s prequel which she wrote for charity. If you can find a copy to read, I would suggest reading it before reading this story. Of course, you don’t need to read it to understand this story, but you may feel as if you missed something in the beginning of this story. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
By the end there will be a slight hint at Alternate Universe. I believe what happens in this story was possible, but it strays a bit from what we know of in canon. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is the prequel to my story The Unknown Heir. Though both stand on their own.
Summary: As they finish their last two years at Hogwarts, the Marauders each gaze into the Mirror of Erised. And they each see something vastly different that will affect the rest of their lives.

Summary: Lily Potter has been confined to her Godric's Hollow home for months now with little contact to the outside world, so it comes as a great surprise to her when she learns of her Muggle mother's death. Lily's strong urge to go to the funeral and say good-bye to her mother would mean putting herself and family in danger in multiple ways - and possibly seeing her estranged sister Petunia.
