I'm bubbling with either laughter or tears, I can't tell, so now I feel like Lovegood. XD All of the couples are very cute in a broken-hearted way, and I credit you for making it so!
Angst is only enjoyable when it's happening vicariously...or you're feeling like like an Addams.
I was soo pissed when that dreamy-looking blonde was ignoring Wesley! But yay--they kissed! Haha. I was laughing at his New Year's speech XD And Draco is such a sweetie with his inner feelings of "Blaise's mouth doesn't taste the same as Ginny's! Waa, pale-boy angsting". Ha. Anyhow--loved it! New Years is a very, very good time that should come around next chapter, too. ;D
Author's Response: I had so much fun having Wesley corner Luna. The course of true love will never run smooth in my stories, heh, so more angst and drama to come!
*grins devilishly* I love the Christmas season! And Ginny's newfound deceptiveness. She never said she would stay at Luna's. That was brilliant!
Author's Response: Slytherin cunning rubs off on you when you're rubbing, er, lips, with a Slytherin, heh.
Haha, I love the reactions you manage to bring out in me. When Blaise was like, "No, I want you to kiss Granger," I shouted YES. Haha. Although...I wanted to scream when she kissed him. Good thing she can bargain!
I'm not totally sure what the whole plan is, but I'm sure I like it! And I like that Luna's liking Wesley--just a little, admit it :P--And that pretty little hour Terry and Blaise enjoyed. And the Ginny/Draco at the end was mm, mm, good! Heheh. It was really sweet, actually, and made me love them even more
Author's Response: You have me singing, "Love is the Sweetest Thing" from James and the Giant Peach, which I used as a chapter title down the line, :D. Wesley will be hard to resist, not that Luna won't try.
I loved the Hogsmeade trip most, it was really funny, and still romantically absurd, as love usually is. But the whole thing was, of course, adorable--as always. ;D
Author's Response: And we're just getting warmed up...
Oh yay! Okay, I thought Terry was going to flip a shit when Pug-Faced Parkinson knocked her over, but then, I also thought he'd have to be blind if he didn't notice that Pansy pushed her, and she was trying to save herself. Rocky, though. Anyway! Wow okay, I know you and your genius must have covered this in a far-off chapter, but does Luna love Wesley? *giggles in anticipation*
Author's Response: Hero of the wizarding world or charming pirate? Hmm...you'll see. :D
Ah! The sweet magic of a Slytherin's heart is wonderfully nasty, and I totally love it! How deceptive of Blaise, just to give everyone involved what they want, and nobody but the four has to be any the wiser, and no one should put up with someone they don't like. It was almost nice...in a very bad way. I like how you can manage that!
Author's Response: Slytherins use any means to achieve their ends, but good Slytherins do it in a way that harms none and benefits, well, themselves, lol.
I love this slowly-but-surely interhouse unity you're creating. Very crafty, although poor Ron; no matter what goes on, he believes gossip and is woefully ignorant of everything around him XD
This chapter really made me smile, just the whole thing. The Terry/Blaise, and, most importantly for me today, the Ginny/Draco. :P Although Malfoy can be a prat and a bastard, deep down, I think he may just be a sweetie
Author's Response: My Draco's has his moments of vanity and pride, but is abso-bloody-lutely a snarky sweetie...to a lucky few. :D
Ohh! I love Terry! For forgiving her, especially. So super-cute! Ack! I love this.
Author's Response: Terry does a lot of forgiving...and asking for forgiveness... ;)
Nononono! I don't want Terry to hate her! Aaand I hope Ginny&Malfoy kiss. They're my two favorite couples--most obviously.:P But, I rest assured that you've got it all figured out perfectly.
Author's Response: Terry's definitely going to work through jealousy issues in this relationship, and by the time this story ends, there will be a trio of favorite couples...
When he was like, "Why are you in my bed and why aren't we naked?" I laughed out loud. That was just hysterical. And yes it is teasing! Rawr! Need...to...know....soo drawn in....
*Rubs hands together like Mr. Burns* Excellent...drawn in...will keep reading...
Squee! Ginny and Draco kissed! That was so fantastic, heehee. I loved their little game (will that even work?) and just that whole scene. So amazing. :P
I ALSO loved the Blaise/Terry part. So cute! And heavy with implied statements.
Author's Response: You'll see how that works out soon, and thank you!
As much as I find it strange and almost unlikely, I sort of like the idea of Luna loving Harry. And a total girl-squeal on the whole detention prospect while Lorelei was discussing it. How juicy, a Malfoy, a Potter, a Luna, a Terry, a Blaise and a Weaselette....mwahaha!!!
That detention, incidentally, was very sweet. I loved Blaise's explanation, too. So cute!
Author's Response: Luna fixated on Harry is an example of the girl who crushes on a particular guy for a long time only to one day meet the boy who's really right for her. (And you'll know him when you "meet" him. ^_~)
The general attraction Ginny has to Malfoy is classic, and I love it. I hesitated on calling him Malfoy that time, and you'll notice, as you convince me to love him, that I'll begin to call him Draco, and then sympathize with him. You'd be amazed what an amazing waywithwords can do, and you, kind dear, have just the way.
Author's Response: Aw, thank you! Since you're Ginny when you read her pov, I want you to think of him as Malfoy first, and by the time she's calling him Draco you'll think of him that way too, and wonder when the "kissing book" starts, :D.
When the Gusher came (by the way, I love the idea of one!) I was totally frozen in such a ridiculous expression that I wondered how it had come by when I'd unfrozen (by hand was half-closed and my tongue was lolling out. I'm so confused! XD). That was so intense! Hee. I also feel very bad for Terry, whom I am growing to love very much. I love him! Why is Malfoy provoking him?! *begins to drown in tears*
Author's Response: I'm sure you looked deep in thought, not ridiculous, :D. Terry fell hard for Blaise, and now they're together, he'll have some hard times to get through, but what doesn't kill a romance only makes it stronger...in the end...lol.
When he told her he loved her, my mouth just DROPPED. OPEN. That was sooo intense, hahah. Terry's such a sweetie! I never imagined him like that, but your Terry--just mmm. I wish there were more Terrys and less Malfoys walking around! Haha.
Author's Response: Terry in the books is practically the invisible boy, lol. He isn't even described. Neither was Blaise, which is why I made him a her. :D In school, there are the couples that fall fast and hard, the ones that fight their feelings, and the ones that start out liking others and end up realizing who it is that's right for them. That's how it is in this story. Something for everyone!
I love Ginny as the jealous type! Eek! And Malfoy as the bitchy one. Oh, matchmaking, matchmaking, throw down your hair...oh sorry that made no sense. Squee! I love this!
Author's Response: He's snarky, lol. There's a difference. No estrogen. :D The second sounded like Rapunzel crossed over with Fiddler on the Roof. I heart both!
Oh wow, Malfoy tricked poor little Ginny-la into loving him forever and ever...and it appears he's got a bit of feeling for her that he doesn't realize himself! How tasty with interest...and that was a weird line.
Author's Response: He tricked her into thinking he liked her, which he did, if not enough from making a fool of her...and I adore weird lines. ;)
I know I answer your responses to my previous reviews here--but first, thank you for complimenting my way with words--and also, I adore your version of Sirius's life!
Anyyywaayy. I can just imagine all this Ginny/Draco boiling beneath the surface, even if he is just a boring prat and she's just a Weaselette...haha.
They pretend disdain, but it's hard to truly be indifferent to someone you find attractive, lol.
If you ever want an alternate, post-Azkaban version of Sirius' life to read, I weaved him into my Remus and Tonks series and wrote a series of Sirius/OC one shots starting with A Dog's Life that I'd love you to read!
Oh jeez. This is riddled with interest, and, as far as I'm concerned, might as well have: I'm A Story With Plot Twists and Gasp-Inducing Scenes Galore--which I do not doubt in the slightest.
Author's Response: 52 chapters. Over 300K words. This is my epic romantic saga, lol, and I love your way with words!
