Fantastic! Thanks for filling in some major holes in Percy's story. I had hoped JKR would make him a mole in the Ministry for the Order, but that hope was denied me. Thanks for giving me an acceptable alternative.

This is a wonderful analysis of Percy's character, and you've captured it perfectly. Nice work!

Author's Response: thank you for the review. Percy has always been a hard character for me to write. When I got him for the character study, I wasn't absolutely sure I was going to be able to write him accurately and without any bias. I'm really glad that you liked this one-shot of him.
