Reviewing through the first part of the chapter: Neville dead? Why? What did that add to the story? You haven't mentioned that he was still in Harry's close circle of friends. Actually, I have to back up a bit. This story is moving through years pretty quickly and now that I think about it there has only been one other mention of horcruxes. And when horcruxes are mentioned it is Hermione who is doing the work. What gives? Now Trelawney has made a prediction and everyone is suprised? I'll finish the chapter and finish the review after that. Letting my review stand. In this story, Harry may still be the chosen one but he definitely isn't doing anything to deserve the title.

It's not like Hermione to not know every little detail about something. I hope all is well with the spell. Somehow i expected the golden thread to weave itself all around the house. Well, time will tell.

I like reading the stories from all the talented authors on Mugglenet. I love the different spins you authors put on your works. I definitely like this first chapter.
