Reviews For The Poppy Field

Poor James, but I think I'm with Lily on this one- perhaps because I know they get together again, and rather soon, too, because they have Harry within a few years of graduating. But, still, I feel for James- probably because I know what his future holds for him!
I loved the poppy field!!!!!! I wonder if they were at all like the sleeping poppies in the Wizard of Oz... At any rate, I loved that they were a flower that aren't normally talked about- usually its roses or lilacs or daisies. But they were beautiful poppies!!!!!!!!!
Okay, I'm a little sidetracked. What I really should be saying is, "GREAT JOB!!!!" :D

Author's Response: Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it. I used poppies because this was based on a picture, and although I seriously doubt the picture is of poppies, as I was doing some research on yellow Scottish wildflowers, poppies came up and stuck with me. Simple as that, lol. I feel bad for James too, but am also with Lily. And yes, we know they get together so little bumps like this just make it more interesting, lol. Thanks again for the review! ~Gina :)

Different. But why is she sorry?

Author's Response: She's sorry for having to say no at this point. I can't really see them getting engaged quite so young. Thanks for reading, I appreciate the review! ~Gina :)

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

This is stunning, Gina. Absolutely stunning. I loved it from start to finish. James has so much depth here (and in so few words) and the others are perfect! I don't blame Lily for saying no, it's not a good time to get married and they're so very young, but ... they will marry and be happy for a while. Sirius knows all.

Just lovely. ~Carole~

Author's Response: Wow, thanks so much Carole! I was really expecting some annoyed reviews for this one and have had one yet! I'm so glad you enjoyed it, it took me a few tries to figure it out. Plus a lot of googling of scottish wildflowers, lol. I don't blame her either, it's crazy to think she would have said yes in this postion. That's why I always put their wedding as late as I can! Thanks again for reading this and the amazing first review! ~Gina :)
