Salvete, hip cats!
The name's Ellie, and I like pirates, Harry Potter (fairly obviously) and ice cream. I am also a staunch believer that Hogwarts is real, and I'm still waiting for my letter of acceptance... I'm pretty sure there was a mix-up in the Owlery.
Other than writing fanfiction, my hobbies include taekwondo, drawing, singing, nerding and playing on Guitar Hero. What's that? Why, of course "nerding" is a real word! Sheesh.
Anyways, even though "Dark Blood" is on hiatus at the moment, I'm a-working on a Romeo and Juliet-themed Rose/Scorpius fic, only less tragic. :D
Summary: “…and all the men and women merely players”
--William Shakespeare, As You Like It, 1600
When Professor Viola Cassio arrives at Hogwarts, she is dismayed by the lack of Muggle culture her students exhibit. She intends to make some changes - starting with the introduction of Shakespeare to her students. And organising a Drama Club seems like the perfect way to begin.
Compelled into joining by her friends, bookish Rose Weasley finds herself unwittingly sucked into Professor Cassio’s reproduction of Romeo and Juliet… as the leading lady. Unfortunately, it seems that none other than Scorpius Malfoy has been assigned the role of Romeo. But as personalities clash and sparks fly, Rose finds it increasingly difficult to distinguish where rehearsal ends and real life begins.
To top off the whole fiasco, someone is after the Drama Club’s closure, and will seemingly stop at nothing to get it…
Summary: It's 1935, and when Ysabelle Rosier's brother is the victim of a grisly murder, she vows to get her revenge. As her sixth year at Hogwarts dawns, she encounters not only muddled clues and the whims of her N.E.W.T. level teachers but also the unwanted affections of Hyperion Malfoy - not to mention the more intriguing ones of Muggle-born Will Roberts. Unwittingly sucked into the world of pureblood, Mudblood and murder, Ysabelle finds herself sinking helplessly out of her depth…
